How to buy

1 - Select the products you wish to buy (you can take a note in the box on the right of the screen).
2 - When you have selected all the products you wish to buy, send your order to info@saltatrading.com, or do it from the box on the right of the screen and we will receive it automatically.
3 - Once you have completed this process, an email will automatically be sent to your email address. Salta Trading's staff will contact you to confirm the order, check your address, the payment method you have chosen, the shipping cost, and delivery service and time.
4 - Once the purchase has been confirmed, we will send you the shipment number used to dispatch your items so you can track your order online.

Committed to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction, we find it is of the utmost importance to meet your requirements and to agree upon the following:

Delivery time: It will be determined by quantity and availability of required products, as well as by the chosen way of shipment. Most products are in stock. However, since many of them are handmade pieces, there could exist delays of up to 20 days.
Shipment service: We send our products through international couriers for door-to-door delivery. Upon purchasing our products you can choose the one you consider more adequate. We work with top shipping companies and we ensure the reliability of service with the best market price.
 

Within Argentina:
We ship products to the entire national territory.
Along with the confirmation of the availability of the product, we will inform you of the delivery time, wich will depend on  your location and the shipment service you have chosen.
In all cases the client will be responsible for the shipment costs and taxes.
 

Outside the Country:
We work with top shipping companies, to ensure a safe for a door-to-door delivery, with the best market price. The delivery time will depend on the place of destination (region and country).
