Their vineyards are located in different regions of the Calchaquíes Valleys.

The Cafayate-Tolombón vines are located between 1.600 and 1.700 meters above sea level. It is here that  the Torrontés, white wine distinguished by its intense fruity aroma and flavour, matures. This variety, brought from Spain about three centuries ago, has reached a unique expression in our soil, being recognized in the world as the distinctive wine of Argentina along with the Malbec.

In Yacochuya (2.000 meters above sea level) and in La Quebrada de las Flechas (2.200 meters above sea level), due to the characteristics of their soils, climate and irrigation, Domingo Hermanos cultivates red varieties only, obtaining wines with a more lively color, a more complex aroma and a more defined body.

It is a wine of intense red color, with tones of violet, typical of the Malbec, which offers a good general harmony. Very complex, aromas of red fruits and chocolate and toasted flavour with well balanced, French-oak notes. In mouth it is structured with soft tannins and madiros of very long finish.

This wine is elaborated in La Quebrada de las Flechas (2.200 meters above sea level).  Due to the characteristics of the soils, climate and irrigation, the wines obtained have more complex aromas and flavours. The annual production is of 6.500 bottles.

It is a wine of intense red color, with slightly violet tones. Mature red fruits, typical notes of local species, and excellent balance between fruit and wood. Elegant, delicate and vigorous wine.
