The winery is located at 5 km from Cafayate, in the province of Salta, and at 1.850 meters above sea level  in “The Divisadero”, Alto Valle de Cafayate.
Herbicides and inorganic fertilizers are avoided and the harvesting of the grapes is done manually and among family and friends in the first hours of the morning to take advantage of the lowest temperatures at the end of March.  This means the yield is of totally natural grapes.

It is the Premium wine of the winery, with a limited productios of 6.000 bottles per year. In suitable conditions it is possible to keep it for approximately 10 to 15 years.

It is a wine of red intense color, with tones of violets, very complex,with a typical aroma of the region, a subtle mix of red fruits and wood. In mouth it is structured, with soft and mature tannins and a very long finish.
The vinification is almost handcrafted, without neglecting the most strict wine procedure, managing to preserve the virtues of every variety, the typical characteristics of the land and health of the wine.

. Finca Las Nubes Cabernet-Malbec
It is an excellent wine, with a limited production of 10.000 bottles per year. In suitable conditions it is possible to keep them for approximately 3 to 4 years.

Of red intense color, with slight tones violets. Aromas of red fruits and typicalities of the Cabernet Sauvignon of the region. In mouth it is of good structure, round and beefy, with mature tannins and long finish. The malbec, for its nobility, offers this wine a good general harmony.
The vinification is almost handcrafted, without neglecting the most strict wine procedure, thus managing to preserve the virtues of every variety, the typical characteristics of the land and health of the wine.

Elaborated from grapes of the vineyards of Finca Las Nubes, Alto Valle de Cafayate, Salta at 1.850 meters above sea level.
 
This wine is of a light yellow color with greenish tones.
In nose it’s fresh, very fruity and aromatic, it reminds of the grape Torrontes that originated it, citric fruits, flowers and white small peach. In mouth it is structured, fresh, round, balanced, of long and harmonic finish.
Typical wine of great personality that represents the terroir very well (height, great temperature range, very sunny days, scanty rain and microclimate) of Cafayate.

It is a fresh wine, originating from the best red stocks in the vineyards,  with a limited production of 4.000 bottles per year.

It is a very attractive and vivacious-colored wine.It has got a Floral aroma and is very fruity, resembling cherries, and yet still very typical of this place. In mouth it is very soft and fresh, of excellent volume and persistence.
